The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association has announced that after a meeting of its Music Board on Saturday 17th September, Wallacestone & District is to be promoted to grade 3A.
This is wonderful news for the band after a successful competing season in grade 3A where they finished in 2nd place at the World Championships in Glasgow and 2nd place in the Champion of Champions table for the season, finishing only one point behind Prestonpans RBL.
Congratulations and well done to all of the band who will
now celebrate its 130th anniversary in grade 3A.
